This video was so hard to follow. But it was nice of Ms. Austin to put the instructions on how to do the line dances at THE END of the videoshe didn't give any instruction during the exercise portion of the tape. I was confused so I just turned off the tape. My advice, don't waste your money.

In the begining of the video, you might get lost but take heart there is a step by step instruction on the dance steps. Even though I am not a country music fan, but after this workout video I love country music and line dancing. Even thinking of joining a country club. This a definite must have if you like dancing and want to have some kind of exercise in your lifestyle that is not boring or too hard but fun all the way!
