I am not really all that crazy about Denise Austin, since I find her sort of annoying, but this is a pretty good workout. It is 2 casette tapes and one video. The casette tapes have two different kinds of walks, one on each side, for example, an interval walk or a 30 min. beginner walk. She has music on them that will keep you walking at just the right pace and she is always remindig you of how many miles you have walked. She reminds you of other things also. Her video is broken up into 2 different sections. In the first one she gives you tips about your walk. In the second section there is a 16 min. stretch and tone segment. You can do it right after your walk, or you can use it as an every day workout. It's up to you. I would recomeend this video to anybody who enjoys walking.
