This is the best exercise video for me. I love to swing dance but hate to exercise. I have been trying to find an exercise program that I enjoy enough to do regularly. I really believe this is the one. Also, it is low impact for us couch potatoes that haven't exercised in decades. If you don't like swing and the big band sound you probably won't like it. For those of you who do like that music, I very highly recommend it. Probably not enough of a challange for those fitness gurus.

I gave this video to my mom years ago. She has used it at least five days a week ever since. I have had to replace it twice. Last summer the two of us flew from Washington DC to British Coumbia and took a trans Canadian Rocky Mountain train trip. Not bad for an 84 year old woman. I give lots of credit to this exercise video for enhancing her strength at this age. If you love big band, are a senior citizen, and need to exercise, this is the video for you.
