I haven't seen this movie, but I HAVE seen the American film of the same title. I mean no offense to the people who have posted reviews here, but THIS IS NOT THE 1999 AMERICAN FILM, starring Vincent D'Onofrio, which was similar to The Matrix. DEFINITELY NOT. It's an understandable mistake! This is actually a 1988 (according to imdb) Australian film, concerning an electrocuted child. The single review on imdb says it's horrible, in every sense of the word.
I just want to help people avoid disappointment, by possibly ordering the wrong video.
