Reader Reviews At first look this dvd seems sorta cheesy but who cares if you do it!! I have been able to keep up using this dvd. I have found with some dvds I spent too much time visualizing what I am supposed to be doing instead of doing. What I like about this one is that it is in voice over. The person doing the exercises may or may not be the one describing and counting but I don't get distracted. I am a 51 year old woman that has just started trying to get back to feeling healthy again and this dvd is one I would recommend to people in that position. The exercises are all doable for me well the lunges are still giving me fits but I don't feel like I am outta my league at all. And I do feel the results too.
