And even I though I learn a lot from books and internet, this video still impressed me by very detailed demostration of each topic. This is not only a MUST for anyone new to the sport (along with the book in the same title), it will help a lot for intermediate to advanced rider who is willing to take advise from top pros (not just watch them jump!) I only regreat that I didn't have it earlier.
