I was amazed at the things Ned was able to demonstrate in the video. Many trails, and areas that I used to walk my bike through, I am now able to ride through after practicing a few of the techniques in the video. I've used it on a few late evening rides. <br /> <br />Related moutain biking dvds worth checking out: Wildflower Mountain Biking for Women & Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenance. Although the wildflower is primarily made by women for women, i think it has useful tips for men too. The zinn dvd I refer to all the time. I'm not one to spend my life reading manuals so i refer to that one all the time. Reader Reviews I cancelled this order on 12/24 and still have not received refund. I have emailed and called a few times and keep telling me to check my account and it still has not come yet. I do not understand what takes so long to refund your money, it came out of my account in a few days. Everything else I have ordered has come on a timely basis though - other than this, I would recommend Amazon.
