This dvd suck...u get wut u pay for....the instructer kept losing count and when he ask the group what count are they at everyone said different numbers....he wuz not doing the work out with everyone..and he was rude to the people who was there...going to fast...and the instructer was SO annoying...he sucks!! and so does this excercise dvd!! i gave it one star only because it does not let me continue without clicking at least on a star...i rather leave it empty
