Reader Reviews This workout is short and straight to the point! The workout is only 30 minutes that are VERY well used. It uses a stepper and free weights. But if you do not want to use that equipment, you do not have to; one of the girls is there doing it without any equipment to show you how. Even if you do not want to do the simple stepping moves, all you have to do is going up and down in the stepper and it will give you a good aerobic workout. If you do not have much time, this one will give you and aerobic workout combined with exercises to tone your body. If you do it at least 3 or 4 times a week, you will see results! The moves are very simple; no complicated choreography!I highly recommend this DVD for those with little time, beginners, and those who are looking for a simple workout.
