I like Karen's Yoga based workouts, but this one is not a very good workout. the moves are too fussy (if not done very precisely they are ineffective) and then too quick, so your chances of getting an effective workout are slim, and chances of injury are higher. these 'genie balls' are silly, or at least are used in a silly way here.
