I bought this workout because I own a lot of step aerobics and wanted to do something that was floor aerobic .. it was what I was looking for and I am pleased with it .. one of the other reviewers said "could do without the singing" yep, could do without the singing .. there is a live band playing some brilliant music but the singing doesn't fit .. as with the dancer that appears on screen .. but all in all these things do not detract you from your workout and a good workout it is ..
