I have about 10 fitness videos concentrating on various areas of the body but this is one of my favourites. The way Leslie Chazin handles the commentary is straight forward and very matter of fact. Being an Australian I have difficulty with some of the over zealous voice overs that make you feel like you are back at school and in need of self esteem. I'm sure this works for a lot of women but all I need is the instruction and the right exercises and she fits the bill well. I actually came to this site to see if she had any other videos on the market. Sadly I don't think so. Thanks Leslie.
