It's almost 60 minutes long with solid moves and doable aerboic sections. When I'm done with this tape I feel strong and athletic. I truly feel like I've had a workout, but not to the point where I want to collapse. I consider it time well spent. Such a wonderful feeling after having been burned (Twice! I'm a sucker for good sales pitch) by those new Firm series that are all over the TV with the informercials. The aerobic sections in the new series make me feel clumsy, uncoordinated, and defeated. By the end of those DVDs I've skipped sections and I feel as those I've wasted a precious hour of workout time. The early and original Firm tapes are still the best and Volume 6 Total Body proves it. Reader Reviews like I have said before.The Firm is one of the greatest systems.I bought this one to go along with the other ones I have been buying after my rapid body change.This one uses the 8-10 inch aerobic box and the wonderful fanny lifter.It also adds a little barbel to it,other may use weights if they wish.Jayne Poteet is a marvelous instructer.Another one of my idols. There is also another good point about this.It is wonderful for older people.This is one me and my mother have the funnest doing.After doing this one my mother has lost weight and moved up the other Firm tapes.She is another Firm believer who has gooten great results.
