It's a twenty minute workout that really tones and uses your muscles. It includes the Broadway songs, "Dreamgirls", "All That Jazz", "Luck Be A Lady Tonight", "Cabaret", and "Don't Cry For Me Argentina". I like this tape and some of his older tapes; I did not care for the Sweatin To The Oldies series. These are more regular exercises, and although, Richard is still fun and entertaining, he is less hyper in these, and he gives you a great workout. I love and appreciate all that he has done to improve people's health, and also his efforts to get physical education back into schools. The only drawback is that it has'nt come out in dvd.
