Like the Curious George books, this movie is written for children, which is refreshing. It's not very often that I can show my daughter a movie that she understands on her level. And, since she has quite a lot in common with Curious George, she enjoyed this heartily.
This movie does have some entertainment value for adults, though. It's sweet throughout, and Will Ferell's comedic timing creates more than one laugh-out-loud moment. This is the rare movie that our entire family enjoys together.
