This is primarily a narration that could have been redone in English. There isn't any "dubbing" required (there are a few Spanish speaking persons interviewed in which subtitles are applicable). However, the screen consists primarily of Frida's art and photographs that you can't satisfactorily enjoy because you are busy reading the subtitles.
