This DVD AND her companion book have been EXCELLENT tools! I've invested in many other books and DVD's (many) but this one tops the charts!! The recipes that I have tried are actually very delicious and easy! Jennifer is detailed oriented and just really explains things so well. Definitely consider also getting her companion book. Since she is so detailed, I've been able to use it as a reference, even when I'm making recipes from other books. EXCELLENT recipes & information for those starting out in their Raw Food Journey!
