I'm using this DVD and finding good moves that I can use. (I'm an intermediate dancer.) I have to work to ignore their gaudy blue costumes. Worse still. some of the music and speech isn't in sync with the dance. I have to turn off the sound on some of the lessons. The stage they use is cluttered as well. It is possible to get by all that and learn what they have to teach.
