Do not be fooled by the cover of this DVD... I was!!! The couple on the cover look so elegant and beautiful together I wrongly assumed that they would be teaching the class.. Instead, the couples rarely smiled while they were dancing and they looked like they could barely stand being together. That on top of them being like out of the 80's with the music and clothing. I wanted a good review and instructional DVD to help me teach my husband how to dance. I danced in High School and College so I already knew the basics. The dance instruction is horrible. They, or should I say HE, only goes through the steps once and all of the review is just watching them do all the steps with no commentary on what they are doing or how to change from one step to the next. I wanted to watch it first to see how things were going to be taught. After watching it I wanted to puke.. I will never let my husband see this it might make him think that dancing is really like this.
