Bad acting, bad special effects with a one note story. The basic idea of the movie is that 3 sisters inherit an old hotel upstate from their dead grandfather. The twist is that he had raised some mutant inbreed family who then starts killing the girls and their friends. Nothing really connects well with this picture. Even as a homage to 25 years ago this really doesn't work. Too many bad plot points, and just very lackluster direction. I've just about given up with the Afterdark films.
