And to add to the dificulty of coordinate all the steps (and arms) together it was frustrating that the camera angles kept moving around zooming in and out! I guess was just not a good teaching method because I have been doing many dancing workout videos and I was able to follow the other teachers without a problem. If you are a begginer don't buy. If you are expert you probably won't have this problem.
