The only reason this video received three stars is because I was sore for two days after doing the whole tape. The Girls go way to fast and no breathing technique what so ever. Kendra's workout would have been awesome if she would slow down!! Maybe I'm too slow. This video was extremly amatur. It completely lacked. BUT I now own it so I'll be doing it again and again and again.
