I call this more of a turbo Yoga! Anyway stepped up to this DVD, and it's nothing but a RIP of the original VHS! In the VHS she talks about her faith, and why she does the things she does. All this DVD has is parts of her original masterpiece... with the stupid GAIAM bars plastered top and bottom. No talking at all! Go buy the VHS and transfer it to DVD. That's what I'm going to do.
