Reader Reviews This video is surely a great work out for people already versed in yoga. I don't recommend it for first-timers and early beginners. The exercises are presented too fast and the transitions are too complicated for beginners. Unless you're super coordinated this DVD is more likely to be disheartening than helpful... I'd recommend the Crunch Yoga/Pilates or Windsor Pilates DVDs over this one.
