These are defenses against a variety of grabs, chokes, etc. I have 13 years experience with different martial arts and I wanted something that would be a collection of techniques I have seen throughout the years and these are all excellent. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is that for me Paul Vunak's "Street Safe" video is the best thing out there for overall defense, including grabs. However, I would recommend this one for anyone wanting a great collection of self defense techniques.
