Very clear and easy to follow instuctions, gentle reminders of important things to remember. Doing just one exercise, including the visualization brought healing. The exercises are gentle and a little does a great deal to bring one back to a natural alive feeling. Personally, relieved all symptoms of fibromyalgia. The feeling of fresh energy that flows thru upon following the video, affected not only the physical, but mental energy feels fresh also. Good clear instruction.
